Lucky Pharaoh Wild: What It Is, and What Nobody Has Shown
In short: According to MERKUR, Lucky Pharaoh Wild is the classic Lucky Pharaoh with the Pharaoh added as a wild, listed in its arcade library under code 845; we have not opened it and know none of its numbers.
About four of the ten search results we read for Lucky Pharaoh are not about the game we played but about its sibling, Lucky Pharaoh Wild. Here is what MERKUR says about it, what two casino listings show, and which numbers nobody has shown us.

Lucky Pharaoh Wild: Key Features
A Pharaoh That Substitutes
MERKUR says the Pharaoh stands in for other symbols on a payline, and that the classic Lucky Pharaoh has no such symbol at all.
Same Base Game, per MERKUR
The studio calls the two base games "almost identical"; the one difference it names is the wild.
Power Spins Carried Over
A photo caption in MERKUR's article says Wild has them as well; we have not seen them run there.
Its Own Arcade Code
MERKUR's article gives Wild My Top Game code 845 in its arcades, against 257 for the classic.
A Different Online Client
Listings name Merkur Gaming and edict, while the classic we played online runs on Blueprint Gaming's client.

Lucky Pharaoh Wild, per MERKUR: A Pharaoh Wild
According to MERKUR, the Wild version takes the classic game and makes the Pharaoh its wild. The studio's article on the pair puts it this way: "The base game is almost identical in both versions. As the name suggests, the difference lies in the wild symbol." Almost identical is not identical. It leaves room for differences we have no way to check.

The original has nothing of the kind. Its paytable lists ten symbols: 10, J, Q, K, A, emerald, sapphire, ruby, diamond and the logo. MERKUR adds that "The classic Lucky Pharaoh does not feature this symbol."
We did not open Lucky Pharaoh Wild.
Every fact on this page about the Wild version comes from MERKUR or from a casino's game listing, and each sentence says which one. MERKUR's article, dated , calls Wild the "successor" and sums up its rules as "the same core game, with one powerful extra". That phrase is the studio's, not our verdict.
What MERKUR Says the Wild Does
According to MERKUR, the Pharaoh "can substitute at any position on a payline and complete your symbols". The article gives no list of symbols it can't replace, no payout for the Pharaoh itself and no rule on which reels it lands on.

The rest of the article describes both games at once. Both have five reels and ten paylines, with wins counted "from left to right, from right to left and across the centre". Both get Power Spins "activated across four separate reel sets" once a win reaches four times the stake. A photo caption adds that "Power Spins can also appear in Lucky Pharaoh Wild."
In the classic we checked those shared parts on the client itself. Wild's copy of them we have not seen, so on this page they stay MERKUR's description.

Arcades Only, or Online Too?
MERKUR's article says both, in the same paragraph. "Lucky Pharaoh Wild awaits you exclusively in the arcades," it reads. One sentence earlier, it invites readers to find out "where to play Lucky Pharaoh Wild through our online offerings".
Online listings exist either way. The casino site jokerstar.de has a game page for Lucky Pharaoh Wild, and starcasino.be carries one under the path MerkurGaming/LuckyPharaohWild. We quote both as listings we found, not as places to play, and we did not open the game on either.
Jokerstar's page data names the sub-vendor as edict. Edict eGaming GmbH holds UK Gambling Commission account 39835. So the client Jokerstar lists is not the Blueprint Gaming one that runs the classic online.
None of this is an invitation to play there. Whether a slot may be played for money at all depends on the law where you live, and a listing tells you nothing about that.
What One Casino Page Claims
On its Lucky Pharaoh Wild page, Jokerstar lists four "Zahlen & Fakten" under the heading "zum Lucky Pharao Slot": "Volatilität: Mittel-hoch", "Gewinnlinien: 10", "Max-gewinn: 5000-facher Einsatz" and "Bonusfunktionen: Power Spins". That heading names the classic's German title, so it isn't certain which game the box describes. Its page data adds a release date of , and its text a minimum stake of 0.10. Its text also promises "Multiplikatoren", multipliers that MERKUR's article never mentions.
Those are the casino's claims, and we can test the same casino against the classic game. In a comparison table on the same Wild page it gives both games "5.000x Einsatz (Vollbild Diamanten)", that is 5,000 times the stake for a full screen of diamonds. The classic's rules multiply that X5000 by the line bet, though. At a 1.00 bet, 5,000 × 0.10 = 500.00, which is 500x the stake.
If Wild's paytable works the same way, its full screen of diamonds would pay 500x, not 5,000x. Its win limit could then sit far above the listing's "5000-facher Einsatz", just as the classic's limit is x50,000. Only Wild's own rules screen could settle either figure.
The same listing agrees with MERKUR that the Pharaoh is the wild, and adds that in Wild it also works as the mystery symbol during Power Spins. In the classic that job belongs to the logo. We have not seen Wild's paytable, so this stays the casino's description.
Numbers We Do Not Have
We know none of Lucky Pharaoh Wild's numbers: no return to player, no win limit, no paytable and no bet range read from its client. MERKUR's article prints none of them, and the only figures we found sit on casino and catalogue pages.

The classic shows why that matters. Its rules screen prints "RTP=94%" and "Power Spins RTP=96.25%", plus a win limit of "250,000.00 / x50,000 total bet". One catalogue page we hold prints both 100,000x and x250,000 for it, and one casino gives a full screen of diamonds 5,000 times the stake. None of these matches the game. A wild can change what every line pays, so none of the classic's figures can be assumed for Wild.
Until someone reads Wild's own rules screen, its numbers are claims.
We also leave out the return percentages some catalogues attach to Wild. Without the client in front of us we can't tell which of them, if any, belongs to the game.
Why Four in Ten Results Are Wild
The two games share one name, and the results for it don't separate them. We read the ten results a search for "lucky pharaoh" returned on , and four were about Lucky Pharaoh Wild: a free-games site, a new-slots site, the starcasino.be listing and a slot catalogue.
That mix matters more than it looks. A reader who moves from a Wild page to the classic demo is looking at a different symbol set, and maybe a different paytable. The classic's loading screen identifies it: the MERKUR sun beside Blueprint Gaming. We have not seen what Wild's shows.
Where the Wild Version Falls Short
For a reader, the weak point is the paperwork rather than the reels:
- No return figure from the studio or from any rules screen we have read.
- No published win limit; the one figure we found, "5000-facher Einsatz", has no source behind it.
- MERKUR's article calls it arcade-only one sentence after pointing to its online offerings, and online listings carry it.
We do not recommend picking Lucky Pharaoh Wild over the classic because of a number on a casino page. None of those numbers has a rules screen behind it yet. Our position, which a Wild fan could fairly dispute: only the classic can be checked line by line today. That makes it the one we can describe with confidence.
Checking a Wild Listing Yourself
If you find a demo of Lucky Pharaoh Wild, open the rules screen before the first spin. In the classic, that one page carries the return, the win limit and the line-bet rule.
If a page quotes a multiplier, look for "line bet" in the rules. In the classic, every paytable figure multiplies the line bet, not the stake.
If the loading screen names a different studio from the listing, trust the loading screen.
If none of that is possible, the classic's free demo is the nearest look at the shared base game, minus the Pharaoh wild. It takes no stake, so nothing you win or lose there is money. If play stops being fun, Gambling Therapy offers free support worldwide, Gamblers Anonymous runs a meeting finder, and your local helpline is a call away.

What Else Do Readers Ask?
Questions here come from the gap between MERKUR's article, one casino's listing and the classic game we did play; each answer says which of the three it rests on.
Which arcade code launches Lucky Pharaoh Wild?
According to MERKUR's article, code 845 launches Lucky Pharaoh Wild on its arcade machines through the My Top Game library, and code 257 the classic.
Do Power Spins exist in Lucky Pharaoh Wild?
Yes, according to MERKUR: a photo caption in its article says the feature runs in Wild too. We have not watched it there ourselves.
Can the free classic demo show how Lucky Pharaoh Wild plays?
No, the demo we played is Blueprint Gaming's client of the classic game. It has no Pharaoh symbol, so nothing in it shows a wild at work.
What release date do listings give for Lucky Pharaoh Wild?
Jokerstar's game listing dates it to . MERKUR's own article gives no online date, and we found no other source for one.
Does a listing settle Wild's return and win limit?
No, a casino's game page is a listing, not the game's rules screen. Only the client's own rules and paytable settle the return and the win limit.
